  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total fee) is required to secure your project.

  • Full payment is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement.

  • Payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Late payments may incur additional fees and could delay project completion.

Revisions Policy

CherelsDesign provides a limited number of revisions, as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables (e.g., logos, designs, website).

  • CherelsDesign retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

  • You may not modify or resell any designs or materials created by CherelsDesign without our written consent.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless CherelsDesign is unable to fulfill the project for reasons within our control.

  • If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, you will be invoiced for all completed work up to the cancellation date.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed work.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and agree to keep all sensitive business information confidential unless otherwise agreed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CherelsDesign provides services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, such as increased revenue or customer engagement.
