Hi, I’m Cherel Gyamfi — creative strategist, brand storyteller, and founder of CherelsDesign, a woman-owned marketing agency dedicated to elevating women-led businesses.
I’m passionate about helping ambitious women in the wellness and beauty industries build brands that not only look good — but feel aligned, strategic, and powerful. With a background in psychology, design, and communication, I blend emotional intelligence with creative precision to craft brands that connect on a deeper level.
My journey into branding wasn’t linear — but it was intentional.
At just 16, I entered the workforce and picked up skills in teaching, farming, childcare, and hospitality — all of which shaped my adaptability, empathy, and strong work ethic. Later, at Rutgers University–Camden, I studied Health Science and Psychology while revitalizing the African Student Association as a student leader. That experience lit the spark — it showed me how strategy, storytelling, and community could bring a vision to life.
After graduating in 2021, I followed my calling and launched CherelsDesign —
branding and strategy studio where I help women entrepreneurs grow through intentional design, strategic branding, SEO-backed websites, and powerful visuals. My team and I collaborate with clients to create brands that are bold, beautiful, and built for long-term impact.
At my core, I’m a deep listener and a big dreamer. I work best with open-minded, passionate business owners who care deeply about their work — and who are ready to be seen, supported, and strategically guided.
While branding is my main focus, I also manage two talented artists — a fashion-forward photographer and a boundary-pushing rapper — and support their creative direction and brand development.
